Our story
ImmLaw Abogados was founded in 2003 by lawyer Dulce Padilla to support families and companies moving their lives, businesses or investments to Spain, above all when buying property.
Over the years we have extended our practice to every area of law, adding economists and engineers to a team of lawyers experienced in real estate investment, international taxation, immigration and civil law.
We have recently partnered with Bárbara Royo García , a renowned criminal lawyer from Madrid, who joins us as an associate leading the criminal and prison law area. With her team in Madrid and Marbella, we complete our legal practice and become a multidisciplinary firm able to support clients also when they need an effective criminal defence.
