Criminal and prison law
Our firm covers every area of criminal and prison law through the prestigious criminal lawyer Bárbara Royo García and her team, based in Madrid and Marbella. Having recently joined our firm as an associate, she completes ImmLaw's legal practice so that we can serve, with the highest level of specialisation and excellence, those clients who need an effective defence in criminal and prison matters.
Bárbara Royo García is a leading figure in the field, thanks to her long career and the professional successes she has achieved over the years. Her commitment to her clients has always been based on loyalty and trust, guaranteeing them the highest level of experience and an in-depth knowledge of criminal and prison law to defend their interests successfully.
That is why ImmLaw has partnered with Bárbara Royo Abogados: to offer our clients her professional services in coordination with our firm, so that anyone who needs a criminal lawyer does not have to find one on their own. This partnership makes us a multidisciplinary firm that brings clients the value of teamwork from several perspectives.
Career
Bárbara Royo García began her professional career in 1999 at the prestigious criminal law firm Manuel Cobo del Rosal. In 2003 she founded her own firm, Bárbara Royo Abogados.
Since then she has devoted herself exclusively to this branch of law, where experience and specialisation make the difference compared with general practice firms. Because of what is at stake (in most cases, a person's freedom), criminal and prison law require specific specialisation and experience of the world of crime, of prison, of the different courts and of the legal tools of this field.
Since it was founded, the firm has successfully handled numerous cases of great legal and media significance, both for the prosecution and for the defence of its clients.
