Legal services are provided by practising lawyers, subject to the following information:

  • Professional associations: Málaga Bar Association, Paseo de la Farola 13, 29016 Málaga ( www.icamalaga.es), and Madrid Bar Association, C/ Serrano 9, 28001 Madrid ( www.icam.es).
  • Academic qualification: Degree in Law and, where applicable, Master's degree qualifying for practice as a lawyer, awarded in Spain.
  • Applicable professional rules: General Statute of the Spanish Legal Profession (Royal Decree 135/2021), Code of Conduct of the Spanish Legal Profession and Law 2/1974 on Professional Associations, available at www.abogacia.es.
  • Professional indemnity insurance: the firm's lawyers hold the professional indemnity insurance required by the General Statute of the Spanish Legal Profession.

3. Purpose and terms of use

This website provides information about the firm and its services. Access is free of charge and makes you a user, who undertakes to use the content appropriately, in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice, and not to use it for unlawful activities or in ways that may harm the website or third parties.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Marbella, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of the user's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
